DES:yc:6/6/68 RES 0 L UTI 0 N ---------- N O. 57/(P RESOLUTION GRANTING EXCEPTION TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, BEING THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AND APPROVING A SUBDIVISION THERE- UNDER - ANGELO P. AND JOAN A. RICCI WHEREAS, pursuant to Article VII (commencing at ~30.l00) of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the Planning Commission has reviewed the application of the owners of the real property hereinafter described for a subdivision of two lots and, subject to certain conditions, has recommended approval of said subdivision together with said owner's petition for excep- tion to the provisions of said Chapter 30 to allow each!}\l:ot~: to':,; contain-i'esse than>20, 000 square feet as required by the Code; and WHEREAS, the property for which application to subdivide is made is all that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: Lots 9 and 28, Block 205, Estates of Emerald Lake Subdivision No.2, as shown on the attached map marked "Exhibit A" and incorporated herein as if set out in full herein; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found and reported to this Council that exceptional circumstances and conditions exist which affect said property; that the exceptions applied for are necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of sub- stantial property rights of petitioners; that the granting of said exception will not be detrimental to the public welfare or be injurious to other property in the neighborhood; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS:
