Pursuant to the terms of Chapter 30 of the Code of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, exception to the provisions of said chapter <br /> <br />is hereby granted for the above described real property to allow <br /> <br />each of the lots of the subject proposed subdivision to bontain less <br /> <br />than 20,000 square feet as required by the Code. <br /> <br />2. The exception granted herein shall be subject to the <br /> <br />following conditions relating to the proposed subdivision: <br /> <br />(a) That the individual sewer system for each lot be <br />approved by the San Mateo County Health Department. <br /> <br />(b) That written application be. made to the City Manager <br />in accordance with Sections 27.20amd 27.23 of the <br />Redwood City Code for authorization for a private <br />sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />(c) That adequate water supply be provided to serve both <br />lots as approved by the Redwood City Water Department <br />and Fire Department. <br /> <br />(d); That all laws, codes, regulations, resolutions, <br />ordinances, and/or parts thereof, other than as <br />directly and expressly adjusted by the terms of the <br />exception granted, shall be strictly complied with. <br /> <br />3. The subject subdivision is approved substantially in <br /> <br />the form of that map attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A," and <br /> <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
