OR\G\NAL RESOLUTION NO. ~1/1 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BEL AIR WAY IMPROVEMENTS RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Redwood City, that the public convenience and necessity require, and that it in- tends to order in accordance with the procedure set out in the Improvement Act of 1911 as embodied in the Streets and Highways Code of California, as amended, the following work to be done, acquisitions to be had and improvements to be made in and for said City, to wit: A. The improvement of Bel Air Way, from the end of the existing street improvemonts on Bel Air Way (approxDnately 125 feet from Seminole Way) to it~ northerly terminus, by tho construct~. ion Dnd installation theroin of tHo-inch (2") asphaltic con- crete surfacing of varying width on a six-inch (6It) crusher rock base, concrete curb and gutter; tho raising and lowering of 011 manholes, valves, clean-outs" etc.,to conform to the grndes established herein; the excavation and filling of material and the grading of the roadway section; the removal of all ob~.t:r'uctions in the line of work; the constl'u.ct1on of all necessary appurtena~ces to any of the foregoing work. B. Tho construction and installation of a storm drainage system . complete in place, including manholes, catch basins, stol"lm drain conduits, and necessary removal of existing storm drain conduits and'inlets, and the-construction, of all necessary appurtonances thereto. C. The conntructtori fInd installation of sanitary sewer laterals, including cleanouts, .and the construction of all necessary appurtenances thereto, complete in place from sewer main in Bel .A ir Way to Lots 47 and 48. _,. D. The construction and installation of six-inch (6") cast iron pipe Hater line, gate. valve, and fire hydrant, and the con- struction of all 'necessary appurtenances thereto" complete in place. . .. ,E.
