All of said. work and improvements are to be constructed at the place, in the manner, of the sizes, of the materials, and to the lines, grades and elevations as shown on the plans, profiles and specifications made therefor, and on file in the office of the Street Superintendent-Director of Public Works-City Engineer of the City of Redwood City, and the same are made a part hereof by reference thereto. Whenever any public way is referred to as running between two public ways, or from or to any public way, the intersections of the public ways referred to are included to the extent that work shall be done therein pursuant to the plans and specifica- tions hereinbefore referred to. Said Council does hereby adopt and establish as the official grades for said work, the grades as shown on the plans, profiles and specifications made therefor and hereinbefore referred to. The total estimated cost of said improvements and acquisi- tions as determined by the Street Superintendent-Director of Public Works-City Engineer of the City of Redwood City, California, is the sum of $10,514.00, of which the estimated cost of acquisi- tion is $400.00. Said contemplated work and improvements, in the opinion of said City Council is of more than local or ordinary public bene- fit and said Council does hereby make the cost and expenses of doing such work and improvements chargeable upon a district, which district said Council declares to be the district benefited by said work and improvements and to be assessed to pay the entire cost and expense thereof and which said district is wholly within the limits of said City of Redwood City, State of California, is described in that certain proposed assessment district boundary map hereinafter referred to and is more particularly described as follows: -2-
