op <br />• <br />All that certain real property situate in the City of <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, <br />described as follows: <br />A portion of that certain 25 foot wide public utility <br />easement crossing the rear of Lot 4 as shown on the map <br />entitled "SAB MINA COURT, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA,," <br />which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of <br />the County of San Mateo, State of California, on <br />August 16, 1960, in Book 53 of Maps at page 46, being <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the line dividing Lots <br />4 and 5 with the southeasterly boundary line of said 25 <br />foot wide public utility easement, all as shown on said <br />map; TM - ONCE from said point of beginning South 44 30' <br />Vest along the said southeasterly boundary line of the <br />25 foot wide public utility easement to its intersection <br />with the southwesterly boundary line of the 5 foot wide <br />wire clearance easement shown crossing the rear of said <br />Lot 4; THENCE North 45 30' Vest along the northwester- <br />ly prolongation of last mentioned line a distance of 10 <br />feet; THENCE North 44 30' East to the said line dividing <br />Lots 4 and 5 as shown on the above mentioned map; THENCE <br />along said dividing line South 82 07' 40" East to the <br />POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />3.
