• t <br />APPOINTMENT OF VILLIAM MARTIN, JR., AS DEPUTY CITY ENGINEER <br />I, GLENN M. JAIN, City Engineer of the City of Redwood City, <br />do hereby appoint WILLIAM MtARTIN, Jr., Deputy City Engineer, and <br />I do hereby authorize said deputy to exercise all powers and <br />perform all duties and functions of the City Engineer and <br />Superintendent of Streets of the City of Redwood City, as provided <br />in the Charter of the City of Redwood City, the general laws of <br />the State of California, and the ordinances, resolutions, orders, <br />and directions of the Council of the City of Redwood City, except <br />as otherwise prohibited by law. This appointment shall take <br />effect immediately and shall continue in effect until such time <br />as the same is revoked by the City Engineer of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br />Executed this 12th day of <br />May <br />1961. <br />GLENN M.
