APPOINTMENT OF MELVIN MOEN AS DEPUTY CITY ENGINEER <br />I, GLENN M. JAIN, City Engineer of the City of Redwood City, <br />do hereby appoint MELVIN MOEN Deputy City Engineer, and I do <br />hereby authorize said deputy to exercise all powers and perform <br />all duties and functions of the City Engineer and Superintendent <br />of Streets of the City of Redwood City, as provided in the Charter <br />of the City of Redwood City, the general laws of the State of <br />California, and the ordinances, resolutions, orders, and directions <br />of the Council of the City of Redwood City, except as otherwise <br />prohibited by law. This appointment shall take effect immediately <br />and shall continue in effect until such time as the same is revoked <br />by the City Engineer of the City of Redwood City. <br />Executed this 12th day of May 1 1961. <br />GLENN M.
