R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N N 0. <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS <br />AND OVERRULING PROTESTS <br />PIEDMONT WAY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS the Council of the City of Redwood City did., on <br />April 10, 1961, pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No. 3351, <br />declaring its intention to order the hereinafter described work <br />to be done and improvements to be made in said City of Redwood <br />City and <br />WHEREAS notices of the passage of said Resolution of Inten- <br />tion No. 3351., headed "NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT",, were duly and <br />regularly posted along the line of said contemplated work and <br />improvements and in front of all the property liable to be as- <br />sessed therefor., and on all of the streets in the district to be <br />assessed therefor, in the time, form, manner and number as re- <br />quired by law, as appears from the affidavit of GLENN M. JAIN, <br />Superintendent of Streets of the City of Redwood City, on file <br />in the office of the Clerk of said City and <br />WHER] it appears from the affidavit of HELEN C. MOORE, <br />Clerk of the City of Redwood City, that notices of the adoption <br />of the said resolution were mailed to all persons owning real pro- <br />perty proposed to be assessed for said improvements, in the time, <br />form., and manner as required by law., which affidavit is on file <br />with the Clerk of said City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS it appears from the affidavit of BARBARA E. ALLEN <br />that said Resolution of Intention was duly and regularly published <br />in the Redwood City Tribune, a newspaper published., printed and <br />circulated in the City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS in and by said Resolution of Intention No. 3351 and <br />t; <br />the notices of the passage thereof posted., published and mailed <br />-1- <br />
