as aforesaid,, said Council of the City of Redwood City fixed <br />Monday, May 8., 1961, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. of said day_, at <br />the Council Chamber of the Council of Redwood City in the Board <br />of Supervisors' Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood <br />City,., California, as the day_, hour and place when and where any <br />and all persons having any objections to the proposed work and <br />improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No. 3351, <br />or to the grades at which said work and improvements are to be <br />done and made,, or to the district to be assessed for said work <br />and improvements., could appear before said Council and show cause <br />why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out <br />and done in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No. 3351, <br />or why said work and improvements should not be carried out and <br />done at the grades as shown on the plans., profiles and detailed <br />drawings referred to in said Resolution of Intention No. 3351 and <br />now on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at the day, hour., and place last above mentioned, <br />all objections, oral and written., to said work and improvements <br />described in said Resolution of Intention No. 3351, or to the <br />extent of the district to be assessed therefor, were duly consi- <br />dered by said Council; and <br />WHEREAS all said objections were overruled and denied by said <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS said Council has acquired jurisdiction to order said <br />work and improvements; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That all objections and protests to the making of said <br />acquisitions and the perilormance of said work and improvements are <br />hereby overruled and denied. <br />2.
