said Council hereby orders., all the work and improvements des- <br />cribed in Resolution of Intention No. 3351 passed and adopted by <br />said Council- on April 10 1961 to be performed. For further <br />particulars as to the work and improvements herein ordered to be <br />done and for a description of the area proposed to be assessed <br />for said work and improvements., reference is hereby made to said <br />Resolution of Intention No. 3351 on file in the office of the <br />Clerk of Redwood City. <br />3. That the work and improvements hereinabove described <br />shall be done under the direction of the City Engineer of said <br />City of Redwood City, and that materials used therein shall <br />comply with the specifications heretofore adopted and that the <br />assessments to be made in said proceedings shall be made and <br />signed by said City Engineer. <br />
