Said Council does hereby adopt and establish as the official grades for said work, the grades as shown on the plans, profiles and specifications made therefor and hereinbefore referred to. The total estimated cost of said improvements as determined by the City Engineer of Redwood City, California, is the sum of $13,500.00.
