certain agreement entitled "Agreement" between the City of Redwood <br />City and F. F. & M Company, Inc., for the performance of said work <br />in accordance with the above mentioned plans and specifications <br />and in accordance with the above mentioned proposal, a copy of <br />which agreement is presently on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk and to which reference is hereby made for full particulars <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br />4. The City Clerk, upon and after the execution of the agree- <br />ment authorized in paragraph 3 hereof by the successful bidder, is <br />hereby authorized and directed to return to each bidder to whom <br />award has not been made, the bidder's bond or bidder's security <br />furnished by such unsuccessful bidder to the City. <br />-2- <br />
