r � <br />• <br />by the Board of Port Commissioners of the City of Redwood City <br />over the hereinafter described portion of real property, being a <br />part of the "Port Area" as said area is defined by Section 50 of <br />said Charter, and does hereby assume and accept full control and <br />jurisdiction over said territory for municipal purposes. <br />2. The territory referred to above, being a portion of the <br />"Port Area" of the City of Redwood City, is all that real property <br />situate in the City of redwood City, County of Ban Mateo, State of <br />California, within the boundaries of, or fronting on, that portion <br />of Redwood Creek which lies south of a line drawn between Station 72 <br />and Station 128, as such stations are shown on that map entitled <br />"Map of the Grant to the City of Redwood City, Chapter 34, Statutes <br />of 1954 (1st B .S .) , Vicinity of Redwood Creek, San Mateo County, <br />California," dated "May to August 1958," prepared for the State <br />of California, State Lands Commission, State Lands Division, a <br />copy of which map is on file with the Board of Port Commissioners <br />and which map is incorporated herein as if set out at length herein. <br />-2- <br />
