0 0 <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br />that certain agreement entitled "Agreement for the furnishing <br />of Fire Apparatus, 1000 G.P.M. Pumper," between the City of <br />Redwood City and Coast Apparatus, Incorporated, for the fur- <br />nishing of fire apparatus consisting of a 1000 G.P.M. pumper, <br />minimum gallon tank, in accordance with the abovementioned plans <br />and specifications, a copy of which agreement is attached hereto <br />marked Exhibit "A" and by this reference incorporated herein, <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br />4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br />upon execution by it of the contract for the furnishing of said <br />equipment, all security guaranteeing execution of a contract <br />upon award. <br />
