enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br />that certain agreement entitled "Agreement" between the City of <br />Redwood City and 4. C. Jones and Sons, for the performance of <br />said work in accordance with the abovementioned plans and speci- <br />fications, a copy of which agreement is attached hereto marked <br />Exhibit "A" and by this reference incorporated herein, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning <br />the terms and conditions thereof. <br />4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br />upon execution by it of the contract for the performance of <br />said work, all security guaranteeing execution of a contract <br />upon award. <br />
