January 9, 1961, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. of said day, at the <br />Board of Supervisors' Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, <br />Redwood City, California, as the day, hour, and place when and <br />where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed <br />work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention <br />No. 3256 or to the grades at which said work and improvements are <br />to be done and made, or to the district to be assessed for said <br />work and improvements, could appear before said Council and show <br />cause why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried <br />out and done in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No. <br />3256, or why said work and improvements should not be carried out <br />and done at the grades as shown on the plans, profiles and detailed <br />drawings referred to in said Resolution of Intention No. 3256 and <br />now on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at the day, hour, and place last above mentioned, <br />all objections, oral and written, to said work and improvements <br />described in said Resolution of Intention No. 3256, or to the ex- <br />tent of the district to be assessed therefor, were duly considered <br />by said Council; and <br />WHEREAS, all said objections were overruled and denied by <br />said Council; and <br />WHEREAS said Council did determine that protests were not <br />made by more than one -half (1/2) of the owners of the property pro- <br />posed to be assessed for said work and improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, said Council has acquired jurisdiction to order said <br />work and improvements; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY RESOLVES AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />-2- <br />
