1. That the public convenience and necessity require, and <br />said Council hereby orders, all the work and improvements described <br />in Resolution of Intention No. 3256, passed and adopted by said <br />Council on December 5, 1960, to be performed. For further parti- <br />culars as to the work and improvements herein ordered to be done <br />and for a description of the area porposed to be assessed for <br />said work and improvements, reference is hereby made to said <br />Resolution of Intention No. 3256 on file in the office of the <br />Clerk of Redwood City. <br />2. That the work and improvements hereinabove described shall <br />be done under the direction of the City Engineer of said City of <br />Redwood City, and that materials used therein shall comply with <br />the specifications heretofore adopted; and that the assessments <br />to be made in said proceedings shall be made and signed by said City <br />Engineer. <br />- -3- <br />
