Continue to pursue an <br />extension of Blomquist Street to link the Bayfront over Redwood Creek. <br /> <br />Program BE-13: Redwood Creek/Harbor Master Plan <br /> <br />Given the projects consistency with 1990 General Plan, the Draft New General Plan, <br />and the Peninsula Park Precise Plan the recommendation is for approval of the PC <br />permit and the Vesting Tentative Map. <br /> <br />AL TERNA TfVES <br />1, Continuation of meeting: If the Planning Commission is unable to reach a decision at <br />this meeting regarding either the Planned Community Permit and/or the Vesting <br />Tentative Map, the Commission may chose to continue this item to a subsequent <br />meeting for further consideration. <br /> <br />2. Alternative site design: If the Planning Commission disagrees with the interpretation <br />of the Peninsula Park Precise Plan as it applies to the One Marina project, the <br />Commission may chose to provide alternative direction or deny the Planned <br />Community Permit and/or the Vesting Tentative Map. <br />
