ONE MARINA - WATER FRONT RESIDENTIAL PROJECT (PUBLIC <br />HEARING) <br /> <br />Blake Lyon, Senior Planner gave some context of the site and the history of the project <br />proposal. He noted that both the documents for the Peninsula Park Precise Plan and <br />the EIR were in place as the regulating documents for the project. The project at hand <br />was intending to meet the goals and analysis within these documents, There was no <br />intention to revise or revisit those documents. The Applicant's independent counsel <br />offered an opinion on these, the City hired its legal counsel as well, and both concurred <br />that they could move forward with the Planned Community Permit Process. <br /> <br />Paul Powers, Pauls Corporation~ Project Applicant spoke to the labor-intensive process <br />thus far with the various applications towards the property at hand.
