<br />7,8 <br />Page 226 <br /> <br />Commissioner Smith returned to the slide depicting the townhouse units and the tower <br />condominium units. In looking at the entrances to the carports, he noted that an issue <br />that required further address was the turning radiuses into the garages and whether or <br />not this was feasible. On paper, he stated it looked adequate, but in reality he <br />questioned whether the turnarounds would be adequate. <br /> <br />Mr, Lyon noted they had been working through the turning ratio requirements with the <br />City Traffic Engineer in terms of putting the radiuses on the dimensional plans, He <br />stated there were some provisional requirements to talk about when it came to the actual <br />dimensions and separation requirements. They intended to remain consistent with those <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Commissioner Smith noted his comments were minor and he otherwise liked the project. <br /> <br />Commissioner Schmidt applauded Mr, Powers and his team for their efforts in the <br />process. <br /> <br />Mr, Aranda asked that Commissioners Borgens and Bondonno state that they were <br />making a Motion the PC for the entire residential project, for the record. <br /> <br />MIS (Borgens/Bondonno restated the Motion to include the entire res, Project <br /> <br />Chair Radcliffe reiterated Commissioner's comments toward Mr. Powers and his team's <br />efforts thus far. <br /> <br />Motion Passed 7-0 <br /> <br />Mr. Lyons clarified for Commissioner Bondonno, as well as the rest of the Commission, <br />with regard to the Vesting Tentative Map, what was up for consideration at the current <br />meeting, and what may come up in the future if any further subdivision maps came into <br />play. <br /> <br />MIS (Schmidt! Borgens) Approve a Vesting Tentative Map for a four parcel subdivision <br />Motion Passed 7-0 <br /> <br />MIS (Holt/Smith) Approved a Vesting Tentative Map for re-subdivision of a lot, including <br />conditions of approval. <br />Motion Passed 7-0 <br /> <br />Mr. Aranda reminded everyone that the item could be appealed to the City Council within <br />seven calendar days. <br /> <br />6.
