<br />6.1C <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />reference shall be made to such other position whose duties most nearly approximate <br />those of Landscape Maintenance Worker for purposes of determining compensation <br />hereunder. <br /> <br />Compensation payable hereunder shall be adjusted from time to time during the <br />term hereof in an amount corresponding to adjustments to the aforesaid salary and/or <br />valuation of fringe benefits. For reference only, said annual compensation for one-half <br />of the Full-Time Equivalent, including fringe benefits, as of the date of this agreement, is <br />Forty Seven Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Two Dollars ($47,452). <br /> <br />3. Records and Payment. Authority shall pay City for services performed hereunder <br />within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoices therefore which invoices shall be submitted <br />monthly and shall describe briefly the services rendered or costs incurred during the <br />period to which each invoice relates. City shall keep and maintain accurate records of <br />services rendered and costs incurred hereunder which shall be made available to <br />Authority at Authority's offices during regular business hours upon request of Authority. <br /> <br />4. Annual Appropriations Reauired. The parties acknowledge that Authority has, <br />through its budget approval process, appropriated funds for payments hereunder for the <br />Authority's Fiscal Year July 1, 2010-June 30, 2011. If Authority shall not have made <br />such appropriations, then Authority shall give notice of termination not less than thirty <br />(30) days prior to the effective date of termination, as described in 'Termination," below. <br /> <br />5. Term. Subject to the timely appropriation of funds as described in "Annual <br />Appropriations Required," above, the term of this agreement shall commence July 1, <br />2010, and expire June 30, 2011 unless earlier terminated by either party. <br /> <br />6. Supplies. Materials. Storaae. Authority shall provide supplies and materials <br />necessary and appropriate for City's landscape maintenance services hereunder <br />including, without limitation, replacement planting materials, fertilizer, insecticides, <br />herbicides, and similar or like materials. "Materials and supplies" as used in this <br />paragraph do not include vehicles, tools and equipment customarily and generally used <br />by City's employees in carrying out landscape maintenance services. <br /> <br />Said supplies and materials may be purchased directly by Authority, or, upon <br />agreement of City, by City, subject to reimbursement by Authority at cost. Invoices for <br />reimbursement of costs of supplies and materials purchased by City on behalf of <br />Authority shall be submitted to Authority for payment concurrently with invoices for <br />compensation pursuant to "Records and Payment," above. <br /> <br />Authority shall provide storage space for small tools and equipment used by <br />City's personnel in performing services hereunder. Authority shall provide reasonable <br />security for said storage space to prevent entry thereto by persons not authorized by <br />City or Authority.
