~ . . . and place when and where any and all persons having any objec- tions to the proposed work and improvements described herein, or to the grade to which said work and improvements are to be done and made, or to the district proposed to be assessed for said work and improvements, may appear before said Council of said City and show cause why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out and done in accordance with this reso- lution of intention, or why said work and improvements should not be carried out and done at the grade as shown on the plans, pro- files, and detailed drawings referred to herein, and for hearing any protests in relation to said proposed improvement. The Redwood City Tribune, a dai]y (except Sunday) news- paper, published, printed and circulated in said City of Red- wood City, is hereby designated by the Council of said City as the newspaper in which to publish this resolution of inten- tion as required by law, and the Clerk of said City of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed to cause this resolution of intention to be published in said newspaper twice, as re- quired by law. The Street Superintendent of said City of Redwood City shall cause notices of the passage of this resolution of intention to be posted in the time, form, manner and number as required by law. The Clerk of said City shall mail notices of the adoption of this resolution of intention to all persons owning real property proposed to be assessed, whose names and addresses ap- pear on the last equalized assessment roll for said City taxes, prior thereto, in time, form and manner as required by law. * * * * -5-
