<br />.... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WEEREAS, the Council did, at its regular meeting of November 21, <br />1960, reject all bids submitted with the intention of revising the <br />plans and specifications to insure the likel~hood of future bids <br />being within the amount of the present and expected loan funds; <br />NOW, THEREFORE : <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The City Manager and the Planning Director are hereby <br />authorized to apply to the State of California, Division of Small <br />Craft Harbors, for a supplemental loan in the amount of Thirty <br />Thousand Dollars ($30,000) and the Mayor and City Manager are <br />hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the Division for <br />the repayment of said loan on the same terms and conditions as <br />the agreement executed in connection with the original loan of <br />Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000). <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
