DES:d~k 1~ '15/89 (003/26) <br />· · - DES:d 1~21/89R <br /> <br /> implementation of the spill containment plans, <br /> emergency contingency plan, and Redwood City Fire <br /> Department permit for the use of the premises <br /> including, if deemed necessary by the City's fire <br /> marshal, a fire response training review for plant <br /> operating personnel (ref., EIR ps.45-46). <br /> <br /> (vii) Mitigation with respect to potential impacts upon human <br /> health shall be provided through requirement that <br /> facilities shall be operated at all times in accordance <br /> with conditions and requirements of the hazardous waste <br /> facilities permit as well as air emission and water <br /> quality permits issued by the Bay Area Air Quality <br /> Management District and the South Bayside System <br /> Authority, respectively (ref., EIR.p.48). <br /> <br /> 2. That certain lease agreement entitled "Lease Agreement <br /> Wastewater Treatment Capacity Rights" (form dated 11/15/89) by <br /> and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br /> the State of California, acting by and through the Board of Port <br /> Commissioners of the City of Redwood City as Lessor and Pilot <br /> Petroleum Corporation, a Delaware corporation, as Lessee, <br /> pursuant to ~hich Lessee shall lease certain wastewater treatment <br /> capacity rights therein described for the operation of a proposed <br /> oil/water separation facility at the Port of Redwood City, a copy <br /> of which Lease Agreement is on file in the office of the Port <br /> Executive Director, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br /> the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> President and Secretary of this Board are hereby authorized and <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
