That certain lease agreement entitled "Lease Agreement <br /> Wastewater Treatment Capacity Rights" (form dated 11/15/89) by <br /> and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br /> the State of California, acting by and through the Board of Port <br /> Commissioners of the City of Redwood City as Lessor and Pilot <br /> Petroleum Corporation, a Delaware corporation, as Lessee, <br /> pursuant to ~hich Lessee shall lease certain wastewater treatment <br /> capacity rights therein described for the operation of a proposed <br /> oil/water separation facility at the Port of Redwood City, a copy <br /> of which Lease Agreement is on file in the office of the Port <br /> Executive Director, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br /> the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> President and Secretary of this Board are hereby authorized and <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
