DES:d~k 1' '15/89 (003/26) <br />. ~ -- DES:d 1~21/89R <br /> <br /> requirements and nuisance abatement procedures of the <br /> Bay Area Air Quality Management District; provided that <br /> the project's potential for increasing air pollution <br /> from non-stationary sources is not considered <br /> significant (ref. EIR, ps.31-32). <br /> <br /> (iii) Mitigation with respect to water quality shall be <br /> addressed pursuant to the permitting, inspection and <br /> nuisance abatement procedures of the South Bayside <br /> System Authority under its jurisdiction to issue a <br /> wastewater discharge permit for the disposal of <br /> wastewater from the project into the sanitary sewerage <br /> system of the City of Redwood City for treatment by the <br /> South Bayside System Authority (ref., EIR p.37). <br /> <br /> (iv) Mitigation with respect to land use features of the <br /> project shall be provided by the required review of an <br /> acoustical engineer for the location of equipment <br /> and/or equipment noise reduction measures (ref., EIR <br /> p.41), and mitigation with respect to the solids <br /> handling operation shall be provided through review by <br /> the Bay Area Air Quality Management District staff, <br /> including relocation thereof (id.). <br /> <br /> (v) Mitigation with respect to traffic and transportation <br /> is not required in that traffic generation will change <br /> very little with the implementation of the proposed <br /> project (ref., EIR p.43). <br /> <br /> (vi) Mitigation with respect to potential upsets or spills <br /> shall be provided through the review, updating and <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
