This Board further finds and declares that dredging and dredged material <br /> disposal in San Francisco Bay is a regional issue and should be addressed <br /> cooperatively by ports, marine-related industries, regulatory agencies, and <br /> public organizations; and that the Port will actively participate in any task <br /> force or similar cooperative effort to effectively address dredging issues on a <br /> regiona! basis. <br /> <br /> 4.
