NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, and said Council of said City does determine, that serial bonds to represent the unpaid assessments of $50.00 or over, bearing interest at the rate of six percent (6%) per annum will be issued pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911 as embodied in Division 7, Part 5, of the streets and Highways Code of the State of California, as amended, the last installment of which bonds shall mature fourteen (14) years from the 2nd day of January next succeeding the 1st day of the next September following their date. The City of Redwood City intends to contribute toward the cost of said improvements, the sum of $59,627.93 from gasoline tax funds and will pay in cash the assessments at- tributab1e to city-owned property included in assessments numbered 5 and 10 from general funds and Parking District No.1 funds, respectively. Reference is hereby made to the resolution of said Council determining to make said improvements without compliance with the Special Assessment, Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931, being Resolution No. 3198 the office of the City Clerk of said City. on file in All work provided for herein shall be done as provided in the Improvement Act of 1911.
