<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />\.... <br /> <br />l <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE : <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. In accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 600, <br /> <br />the Council hereby overrules the decision of the Board of Adjust- <br />ments in the matter of the application of the Church of the <br /> <br />Nazarene for variance from the strict application of Ordinance <br /> <br />No. 600 to allow construction and maintenance of a sign thereon <br /> <br />subject to the following terms and conditions: <br />(a) The location, size and subject matter of the sign shall <br /> <br />conform strictly to the location, size and subject matter indicated <br /> <br />in ItExhibit A," attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set <br /> <br />out fully herein. <br />(b) The sign shall have no illumination except indirect <br /> <br />illumination and shall not be illuminated at any time after 10 p.m. <br /> <br />(c) All laws, codes, regulations, resolutions, ordinances <br /> <br />and/or parts thereof, other than as directly and expressly adjusted <br /> <br />by the terms of the variance granted herein, shall be strictly <br /> <br />complied with. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
