REG:yc :4/7/60=1--_. <br /> <br />~.~ ~.~.... a- _...__t <br /> <br />".... - - ,"') <br /> <br />tL~jQ r,,jt 0 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />---------- <br /> <br />NO. \,..If.',, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF FREE- <br />WAY HAINTENANCE AGREErffiNT \\TITH STATE OF CALIPORNIA <br /> <br />liHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of <br /> <br />Public Works, Division o~ Highways, has presented an agreement <br /> <br /> <br />entitled ttFree-v-ray Maintenance Agreement tt which concerns state <br /> <br /> <br />Highway Route 68 in the City of Redwood City between the north <br /> <br />city limits and the east city limits; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said agreement and is <br /> <br /> <br />familiar with the contents thereof and desires to authorize the <br /> <br />execution of said agreement; <br /> <br />NO'\rJ, THEREFORE: <br />BE IT RESOL'"VED BY THE .COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REJJ~JOOD CITY <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain Freeway Maintenance Agreement, copy of which <br />is marl~ed "Exhibit A," attached hereto and incorporated herein as <br /> <br />if set out at length herein, and to which reference is made for <br /> <br />full particulars, is hereby approved and the Mayor, the City <br /> <br /> <br />Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute said agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />2.
