LAlmSCAPED AREAS <br /> <br />Landscaped areas within the limits reserved for freeway <br />use, including traffic interchanges and on and off ramp areas, <br />but excluding frontage road areas, will be maintained by the <br />State. All plantings or other types of roadside development <br /> <br />lying outside the area reserved for freeway use will be <br /> <br />maintained by the city. <br />6. This agreement covers all areas lying within tUe <br />corporate limits of the City, including the Leslie annexations <br /> <br />whioh were ruled valid by the Superior Court of San Mateo <br /> <br /> <br />County on July 7, 1960.
