Pursuant to the terms of Ordinance No. 631, the Planning <br />Commission is hereby authorized to grant an exception ~or, and .~he <br />Subdivision Committee of the Planning Commission is hereby author- <br />ized to approve a tentative map for the subdivision of, the above <br />described property to create two lots, each of whiCh would have <br />an area of 5,000 square feet instead of 6,000 square feet as <br />required by Section 5.31. <br />2. The subdivision which may be authorized by the Planning <br />Commission and the Subdivision Committee shall be substantially <br />in the form of that map marked "Exhibit A,f1 attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein as i~ set out herein in its entiret~. <br />3.
