<br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />All laws, codes, regulations, resolutions, ordinances, <br />and/or parts thereof, other than as directly and ex- <br />pressly adjusted by the terms of the exception granted, <br />shall be strictly complied with; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the terms of Ordinance No. 631, the Planning <br />Co~nission is hereby ~horized to grant an exception for, and the <br />Subdivision. Committee of the Planning Commission is hereby author- <br />ized to approve a tentative map for the subdivision of, the above <br /> <br />described property to create two lots, each of which would have <br />an area of 5,000 square feet instead of 6,000 square feet as <br />required by Section 5.31. <br />2. The subdivision which may be authorized by the Planning <br />Commission and the Subdivision Committee shall be substantially <br />in the .form of: that map marked "Exhibi t A, n attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein as if set out herein in its entirety. <br /> <br />3.
