<br />0' <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />.... <br />... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a condition to the above findings, the Planning <br /> <br />Commission found that it would be necessary for the applicant to <br /> <br />meet the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />All laws, codes, regulations, resolutions, ordinances, <br />and/or parts thereof, other than as directly and ex- <br />pressly adjusted by the terms of the exception granted, <br />shall be strictly complied with; <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Installation of sewer lateral at owner's expense; <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Adequate elevation for sewer line to be responsibility <br />of property owner; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RED1rJOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the terms of Ordinance No. 631, the Planning <br /> <br />Commission is hereby authorized to grant an exception for, and the <br /> <br /> <br />Subdivision Committee of the Planning Commission is hereby author- <br /> <br />ized to approve a tentative map for the subdivision of, the above <br /> <br />described property to create two lots, one of which ,would have an <br /> <br /> <br />area of 5,634 square feet instead of the required 6,000 square feet <br /> <br /> <br />and which would also have a depth on one side of 45 feet instead <br /> <br /> <br />of the required depth of 90 feet as required by Section 5.31. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The subdivis:bn which may be authorized by the Planning <br /> <br /> <br />Commission and the Subdivision Committee shall be substantially <br /> <br /> <br />in the form of that map marked "Exhibit A, tt attached hereto and <br /> <br />incorporated herein as if set out herein in its entirety. <br /> <br /> <br />3. The exception herein granted shall be subject to the <br /> <br /> <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />All laws, codes, regulations, resolutions, ordinances, <br />and/or parts thereof, other than as directly and ex- <br />pressly adjusted by the terms of the exception granted, <br />shall be strictly complied with. <br /> <br />As a condition precedent to the sale of either lot <br />which is the subject of this resolution the owner shall <br />install a good and sufficient sewer lateral, without <br />expense to the City, with adequate elevation, to serve <br />Lot B as shown on the attached Exhibit A. <br /> <br />.. <br />t;i' <br /> <br />.. <br />~~ <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />-2- <br />
