The improvement of an alley <br />between Eighth Avenue and Tenth <br />Avenue, the en trance lying approx- <br />imately 280 feet southeasterly of <br />Eighth Avenue on the north~asterl.y <br />side of Page Street, and Its eXIt <br />lying approximately 120 feet norther- I <br />ly and paralIel to Eighth Avenue, by <br />constructing- and installing therein <br />two-inch (2") plant-mixed surfacing <br />":\6 feet "in width on a six-inch (6") <br />crusher-run-rock base and standard <br />concrete curbs and gutters. I <br />4. The construction and installa- <br />tion of a storm sewer system includ-l <br />ing 15" reinforced concrete pipe, <br />catch basins, and all other necessary <br />appurtenances to complete the storm <br />sewer system described atove. <br />5. The construction and installa- <br />tion of concrete monuments, includ- <br />ing- standard frames and covers at <br />intersections of the centerlines of <br />streets. <br />6. The removal of all trees, curbs, <br />gutters, sidewalks, structures, fences, <br />and hedges and all other obstruc- <br />tions in the line of work. <br />7. The construction and laying of <br />a. sanitary sewer system including <br />six-inch (6") vitrified clay pipe <br />main, four-inch (4") vitrified clay <br />pipe laterals and manholes and all <br />other necessary appurtenances to <br />complete the ganitary sewer system. <br />8. The construction and laying of <br />a. water system including six-inch <br />(6") cast iron water main, one-inch <br />(1 ") copper water services, fire hy- <br />drants and all other necessary ap- <br />purtenances to complete the water I <br />system. <br />9. The construction and installa- <br />tion of all work and the furnishing <br /> <br />10.
