The improvement of Jones Court between Hoover Street and Page Street, along the common rel.l;r line of lots betwe~m Eighth Avenue and Tenth Avenue and extending approximately 704 feet southerly from the rear line of lots fronting the southerly line of Hoover Street by constructing and installing there- in two-inch (2") plant-mixed $ur- facing 31 feet in width on a six-iplCh (6") crusher-run-rock base, st~~nd- ard concrete curbs, gutters, sIde- walks and driveway approaches. 3. The improvement of an alley between Eighth Avenue and Tenth Avenue, the en trance lying approx- imately 280 feet southeasterly of Eighth Avenue on the north~asterl.y side of Page Street, and Its eXIt lying approximately 120 feet norther- I ly and paralIel to Eighth Avenue, by constructing- and installing therein two-inch (2") plant-mixed surfacing ":\6 feet "in width on a six-inch (6") crusher-run-rock base and standard concrete curbs and gutters. I 4. The construction and installa- tion of a storm sewer system includ-l ing 15" reinforced concrete pipe, catch basins, and all other necessary appurtenances to complete the storm sewer system described atove. 5. The construction and installa- tion of concrete monuments, includ- ing- standard frames and covers at intersections of the centerlines of streets. 6. The removal of all trees, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, structures, fences, and hedges and all other obstruc- tions in the line of work. 7. The construction and laying of a. sanitary sewer system including six-inch (6") vitrified clay pipe main, four-inch (4") vitrified clay pipe laterals and manholes and all other necessary appurtenances to complete the ganitary sewer system. 8. The construction and laying of a. water system including six-inch (6") cast iron water main, one-inch (1 ") copper water services, fire hy- drants and all other necessary ap- purtenances to complete the water I system. 9. The construction and installa- tion of all work and the furnishing 10.
