Said bonds shall be <br />payable to bearer and shall contain a provision for a five <br />per cent (5%) prepayment premium. <br />8. Reference is hereby made to the resolution of said <br />Council determining to make said improvements without com- <br />pliance with the Special Assessment, Investigation, Limita- <br />tion and Majority Protest Act of 1931, being Resolution No. <br />3111 on file in the office of the Clerk of said City. <br />9. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the fact that in many cases <br />said work and improvements will bring the finished surface of <br />the proposed streets to a grade different from the surface of <br />such streets as they now exist~ and that to said extent said <br />grades are hereby changed~ and that said work will be done to <br />said changed grades. <br />10. Except as here and otherwise provided for the issuance <br />of bonds, all of said proceedings will be had pursuant to <br />Article II-A of Ordinance No. 333 of the City of Redwood City~ <br />entitled Redwood City Improvement Procedure Ordinance, as <br />amended, and Ordinance No. 515 of said City, as amended. <br />11. Said proposed improvements are hereby referred to <br />the City Engineer of the City of Redwood City as the officer <br />having charge and control of the construction of public im- <br />provements in said City, of the kind described herein, and <br />said Engineer, being a competent person employed for that <br />purpose, is hereby directed to make and file with the Clerk of <br />Redwood City a report in writing, presenting the following: <br />(a) Maps and descriptions showing the general route <br />and termini of rights and easements to be acquired. <br />(b) Plans and specifications of the proposed improve- <br />ments to be made pursuant to this Resolution of <br />Intention. <br /> <br />-5- <br />
