<br />.,,.. ... . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(c) Engineer's statement of the itemized and total <br />estimated costs and expenses of said acquisi- <br />tions and improvements, and of the incidental <br />expenses in connection therewith. <br />(d) Diagram showing the assessment district herein- <br />above referred to, and also the boundaries and <br />dimensions of the respective subdivisions of <br />land within said assessment district as the same <br />were assessed at the time of the passage of this <br />Resolution of Intention. Each such subdivision <br />shall be given a separate number upon said diagram. <br />(e) A proposed assessment of the total amount of the <br />cost and expense of the proposed improvements and <br />acquisitions upon the several subdivisions of <br />land in said assessment district in proportion to <br />the estimated benefits to be received by such sub- <br />divisions respectively from said acquisitions and <br />improvements and of the expenses incidental thereto. <br />12. If any excess funds shall remain from the assessment <br />or any surplus shall remain in the improvement fund contemplated <br />herein after the improvement is completed, such surplus shall <br />be refunded or credited pro-rata in the manner provided in <br />Subsections (a) and (b) of Section 10427 of the streets and <br />Highways Code of the state of California. <br />13.
