<br />" <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />COST SHARING AGREEMENT FOR THE SLURRY SEALING OF PORTIONS <br />OF FERNSIDE STREET AND ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS IN CONJUNCTION <br />WITH THE CITY'S 2009-2010 SPOT REPAIR AND SLURRY SEAL PROJECT. <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 31 day Of~~ , 2010, <br /> <br /> <br />by and between the TOWN OF WOODSIDE, a political subdivision of the State of California, <br /> <br />hereinafter called "Town", and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, Municipal Corporation of the State <br /> <br />of California, hereinafter referred to as "City". <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City and the Town are desirous to slurry seal portions of Fernside Street <br /> <br />and Alameda De Las Pulgas within Town limits; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City and Town agree that the City shall act as lead agency in the <br /> <br />preparation of plans, specifications, construction administration, construction inspection, and <br /> <br />related documents for the slurry sealing of portions of Fernside Street and Alameda De Las <br /> <br />Pulgas within Town limits; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the portions of Fernside Street and Alameda De Las Pulgas being slurry <br /> <br />sealed lie within both corporate limits of the City of Redwood City and the Town of Woodside; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town area to be slurry sealed in accordance with this Agreement is <br /> <br />shown on Exhibit "A", attached to and incorporated by this reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed slurry seal work of portions of Fernside Street and Alameda <br /> <br />De Las Pulgas shall include, but not be limited to: mobilization, maintaining traffic, application of <br /> <br />a slurry seal, spot repairs, installation of traffic stripes, pavement markings, pavement markers, <br /> <br />and other items of work associated with the <br /> <br />slurry seal work. <br /> <br />ATTY/AGR/2010.074 <br />091310 <br />
