6.1 C Page 6 ARTICLE III OFFICERS Section 3.1 OfCcers The officers of the Committee shall be Chairperson and a Vice Chairperson. '� Section 3.2 Election and Term The Officers of the Committee shall be elected annually at the first regular meeting in � September.No officer shall serve more than two successive one-year terms in any position, Section 3.3 Resignallon Any officer may resign at any time by giving written notice to the Committee. Any such resignation shall take effect at the date of receipt of such, or by any later time specifted therein. The acceptance of such resignation shall not be necessary to make it effective. SecNon 3.4 Chairperson The Chairperson shall, if present, preside at all meetings of the Committee and exercise and perform such other powers and duties as may be from time to time prescribed by these by-laws or the Committee. Section 3.5 Vice Chairperson In the absence or disability of the Chauperson,the Vice Chairperson shall perform the duties of the Chairperson, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of, and be subject to all restrictions upon the Chairperson.
