6.1 B <br /> Page 7 <br /> Attachment 3 <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> COMMUNITY OVERCOMING RELATIONSHiP ABUSE(CORA1 <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , 2010, by and <br /> between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California ("City") and COMMUNITY OVERCOMING RELTI�NSHIP ABUSE (CORA), a California <br /> nonprofit organization ("Contractor"}; <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides a 24-hour hotline and other support services for victims of <br /> domestic violence; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct the program for <br /> residents of City during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011; and <br /> WHEREAS, City has reviewed said request and desires to allocate to Contractor the sum of <br /> Twelve Thousand and No/100 Dollars{$12,000.00); <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. FINANC[AL ASSISTANCE. City shall allocate to Contractor the sum of Twelve Thousand <br /> and No/100 Dollars ($12,000.00) for exclusive use by Contractor during the �scal year commencing July <br /> 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011, solely for the purposes described in paragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS. Contractor shall use the funds provided pursuant to paragraph 1 solely <br /> for the Program purposes described in Exhibit "A" (Contract Objectives} attached hereto and by this <br /> reference incorporated herein. <br /> 3. CHANGES TO PROGRAM. No changes in the Program described in this agreement which <br /> are funded by the financial assistance provided under paragraph 1 shall be made without the prior written <br /> consent of City. <br /> 4. PAYMENTS. Contractor shall keep detailed and accurate records of all expenditures <br /> made and expenses incurred which are funded under this agreement. Payments of funds allocated <br />
