Supermarkets: Markets with garbage grinders or other <br />mechanical disposal systems in other similar classes of use: <br />Minimum monthly rate, effective July 1, 2010: Forty -Eight Dollars <br />and Seventy -Two Cents ($48.72) and effective July 1, 2011: Fifty - <br />Three Dollars and Ten Cents ($53.10) plus an additional monthly <br />charge per one hundred (100) cubic feet of waste or wastewater <br />discharged or deposited into the sewerage facilities in excess of <br />one thousand (1000) cubic feet, as stipulated in the table below. <br />5. Institutional and Public: All establishments used for institutional <br />purposes, both private and public, including schools, colleges, rest <br />homes, clubs, public buildings, lodges, and other similar classes of <br />use: <br />Minimum monthly rate, effective July 1, 2010: Forty -Eight Dollars <br />and Seventy -Two Cents ($48.72) and effective July 1, 2011: Fifty - <br />Three Dollars and Ten Cents ($53.10) plus an additional monthly <br />charge per one hundred (100) cubic feet of waste or wastewater <br />discharged or deposited into the sewerage facilities in excess of <br />one thousand (1000) cubic feet, as stipulated in the table below. <br />6. Hospitals: All institutions where the sick or injured are given <br />medical or surgical care: <br />Minimum monthly rate, effective July 1, 2010: Forty -Eight Dollars <br />and Seventy -Two Cents ($48.72) and effective July 1, 2011: Fifty - <br />Three Dollars and Ten Cents ($53.10) plus an additional monthly <br />charge per one hundred (100) cubic feet of waste or wastewater <br />discharged or deposited into the sewerage facilities in excess of <br />one thousand (1000) cubic feet, as stipulated in the table below. <br />7.
