Attached is a short proposal, which
includes a scope of work and budget, for your consideration, Also attached are brief
qualifications and resumes of key personnel for Dyett & Bhatia and AECOM Economics, who
will have a role in outlining the economic implications of a potential Redwood City station,
As you know, Dyett & Bhatia has extensive experience in preparing station area plans,
including currently for San Josd (Diridon Station ---HSR station) and Santa Clara (HSR pass -
through). We have also prepared environmental impact reports on several of our station area
plans.
We envision the attached scope and budget as the starting point of a dialogue to arrive at a final
scope /budget that best meets your needs, and wish to express to you our flexibility regarding all
aspects of the proposal. We can begin work immediately following a notice to proceed, and
anticipate that it will take about 1.5 to two months for the study to be completed.
We are highly enthusiastic about this project, and look forward to hearing from you again.
Cordially,
DYETT & BHATIA, URBAN AND REGIONAL PLANNERS
Rajeev hatia, AICP ASLA
Principal
rajeev Rddyettandbhatia.com
(415) 955 4300 x15
755 Sansom S4 Suite 400 T 415 956 4344
San Francisco, CA 941 If F 415 956 731S
wwwdyettandbioattaxom
