EXHIBIT " A " <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The following Scope of Goods /Services is to be provided to the City by the Contractor <br />under this Agreement: <br />AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />(Dyett & Bhatia, Urban and Regional Planners) <br />The Contractor's proposal entitled "Proposal for Redwood City High Speed Rail Impacts <br />Study" ( "Proposal ") dated August 24, 2010 is attached to this Exhibit A and is <br />incorporated by this reference.
