EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The following Scope of Goods /Services is to be provided to the City by the Contractor <br />under this Agreement: <br />AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />(Huffman- Broadway Group, Inc.) <br />The Contractor's proposal entitled "Permit Compliance Assistance Redwood Shores <br />Levee Maintenance Project, Redwood City, San Mateo County, California" ( " Proposal ") <br />dated September 8, 2010 is attached to this Exhibit A and is incorporated by this <br />reference.
