Task 3. Work Completed Report: As required by permit conditions, HBG will prepare and <br />submit to the Corps, RWQCB, BCDC and USFWS a report documenting the end of <br />construction, any deviations from the original designs or increase/decrease of impacts to <br />wetlands. HBG assumes 35 hours plus expenses will be required to complete this task. <br />Task 4. Client Coordination. HBG will coordinate with client and representatives regarding <br />project status and needs related to the above work tasks on an as- needed basis through telephone <br />calls, meetings, and written documentation. HBG will also assist client with strategy regarding <br />agency compliance and negotiating deviations from permit conditions. HBG assumes 8 hours <br />will be required to complete this task. <br />Phase 2, SBSA Mitigation Compliance: <br />Task 1. Mitigation Planting Plan Review: HBG will review landscape contractor planting <br />plan to insure it is implemented as outlined in the Vegetation. Planting Plan for the South Baysidle <br />Systern. Authority Levee 1'rnaprovenient Project dated June 2010. HBG will coordinate with the <br />USFWS regarding approvals for any deviations from the Plan. HBG assumes 30 hours plus <br />expenses will be required to complete this task. <br />Task 2. Biological Monitoring: As required by conservation measures detailed in the USFWS <br />BO, HBG will provide biological training to all landscape personnel and provide a biological <br />monitor during site preparation (e.g. vegetation removal, soil preparation).
