The optional tasks would increase the budget to $23,500. This fee <br /> estimate includes all professional and support staff time, as well as direct expenses, and will be billed on a <br /> monthly basis. Additional services will only be conducted with written authorization. <br /> We estimate that we can complete Tasks 1 -10 of the above proposed scope of work and submit a draft <br /> memorandum for your review within five weeks of our receipt of a signed contract. Tasks 11 -13 (and Tasks 14 <br /> and 15, if authorized) will be scheduled and performed after the memorandum is finalized. These meetings may <br /> occur outside the five week time frame. Additional schedule of approximately one week may be needed to <br /> perform Optional Task 16, if authorized. <br /> If this scope, fee, and schedule and the attached terms are conditions (Attachment A) are acceptable, this letter <br /> can serve as our contract. This proposal is valid for a period of 30 days. <br /> Should you have any questions or need any additional information, please do not hesitate to call us.
