ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br />Rudy Luca stated that he is still awaiting a letter from the City Manager regarding <br />questions asked on January 27, 2003 related to the Retail /Cinema project. The issue <br />pertained to the Council aiming to protect Redevelopment funds from Sacramento. <br />The loss of Redevelopment funds would end many fledging housing projects on the <br />Peninsula and stop mortgage assistance programs for first time homebuyers and <br />MINUTES Book No. 59 <br />Page No. 372 <br />
