Z B- <br />Comparable Public Construction Approach: <br />As an alternate to the Construction Cost Index approach to estimating normal construction costs in the applicants area, the applicant may employ a local public construction cost <br />comparison approach to calculate the Eligible Projected Construction Cost figure . [See section 20436 (c) (3)[.
