He said he likes to see some type of map of the <br />Downtown or whether this Precise Plan would work in a different area. <br />Mr. Passanisi said that this is a perfect excuse to look at the Downtown Area <br />Plan because staff is taking a broader perspective on the entire downtown and <br />looking at other areas where a Precise Plan might work. <br />Commissioner Paulson said that the Housing Element sub - committee already put <br />this information into map form showing areas where they wanted to see <br />properties like this.. <br />Commissioner Piulle said that this is an area that might have historical <br />discoveries and she would like an archeologist on site If artifacts are found during <br />excavation and grading activities.
