"The Governor said back in January when he <br />• <br />released his budget proposal that his major theme was 'jobs, jobs and more jobs' for <br />California. It's unthinkable that if that's the goal, his proposal would take millions of <br />dollars from redevelopment agencies — the state's only real job development <br />• <br />engines."
