If you wish to address the Council, please complete a speaker's card (next to <br />agendas) and give it to Council Volunteer Art Balsamo (seated to the left of the <br />Council Members.) If subject is not on the agenda, the Mayor will recognize you <br />at this time: but the Brown Act (Open meeting Law) does not allow action by Council <br />at this time. If you wish to speak to a subiect listed on the agenda you will be <br />recognized by the Mayor at the appropriate time your item of interest is being <br />considered by Council. <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR - <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the Agency Board <br />Members and will be enacted by one motion and one vote. There will be no separate <br />discussion of these items unless an Agency Board Member or Citizen so requests, in <br />which event the item will be removed from the consent and considered in its normal <br />sequence on the agenda. <br />MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, adopt <br />the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. <br />A. Approve the Minutes of the Joint Regular Meeting of January 27, 2003, Regular <br />Redevelopment Agency Meeting of February 10, 2003 and the Joint Regular <br />Meeting of February 24, 2003 as submitted; <br />B. Approve Funding Agreement with MP Redwood Court Associates <br />Staff contact: Debbi Jones - Thomas, Housing Coordinator 780 -7295 dthomas(a)redwoodcity.org <br />Recommendation: <br />That the Board approve the Agreement with MP Redwood Court Associates for <br />funding to rehabilitate Redwood court apartments; Authorize the Executive Director to <br />execute same and any documents necessary to effectuate the transaction, and <br />allocate $500,000.00 in RDA Housing funds. <br />onffo�¢c�n <br />
